By the Fall of 2011, we need to do the work to save the four log structures that comprise the historic Madison
Ranger Station and move them to the new site donated by the city of West Yellowstone. While we're on our way
and moving, please consider helping us reach our goal of the $150,000 needed to prepare the site for these historic
buildings. Your donation is fully tax-deductible.

This summer (2011), 19 GE retirees (ELFUN project team, some shown above) spent
a week in West Yellowstone helping to restore the historic ranger station. Check out some of their work in the Photo Gallery.
Our ambitious plan to save the Historic Madison Ranger Station requires funding to help us pay for moving
the station from its current location on forest service land to the land generously donated by the town of West Yellowstone
just a few feet from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. This new location will increase the number of visitors
we can reach with our wildlands ecology message. Please help us realize this important dream with your donation. You may write
or contact us directly to offer services and donations or you may use Paypal's secure website to make a donation
online.
